All editorial content, research, audio briefings, video productions, original infographics, brand marks, and code published on The Payments Corner are the copyrighted property of The Payments Corner LLC unless otherwise indicated. Third-party material is attributed inline where it appears.
Permitted use
Short excerpts of TPC editorial content may be quoted under fair use with prominent attribution and a link back to the source URL on thepaymentscorner.com. Reproduction of full briefings, research papers, or audio productions requires written permission from TPC. Republication of brand marks in editorial coverage is permitted without prior permission per the press kit; commercial use of the marks is not.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on The Payments Corner infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, you may submit a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). A valid notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on TPC alleged to infringe, including a specific URL.
- Your contact information — name, postal address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice
If material you submitted to TPC was removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which TPC may be found).
Repeat infringer policy
TPC will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of subscribers, contributors, or other users who are repeat infringers of copyright. Cases are evaluated on the facts of each notice.
False notices
Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice or counter-notice carries legal liability under U.S. federal law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). TPC reserves the right to pursue damages against the sender of any such notice.
