Two documents, one day

On 2 September 2026, TabaPay announced a $155 million strategic growth financing led by FTV Capital and its intent to acquire Transact Bank, N.A., an OCC-chartered, FDIC-insured bank in Denver. The bank would be renamed TabaBank, N.A. and would sit alongside TabaPay under TabaHoldings, Inc., a newly registered bank holding company. Close is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval. The company said the investment is also expected to qualify TabaBank to serve as an acquirer for all industries, across all major card networks.
